Hello,
The window that keeps opening to give me a warning only has "ok" to click. Nothing else. When I click ok, Webroot deletes the file.
Also, I tried to find my Webroot version but couldn't because it isn't under Help/About us (there is no "about us" for me to click. The net result is, I don't know the version but it is probably the latest version because I keep it updated.
I have Win 10.
Can anybody help?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
OK, lets deal with the easy part first; you can check what version you are running by hovering your mouse cursor over the WSA notification tray icon, and the version should appear in a bubble...current version is v9.0.8.72.
And by the way, Webroot 'push' updates to user silently so often you will not even know that the local client has been updated.
Now to the other part; can you provide some additional information in terms of what window is opening...does it have a title, what text is displayed in it other than 'OK'? What colour is the window, if it is a WSA -related window? What file or files are being warned about before being deleted?
Hopefully, with a bit more information we will be able to understand the source of the issue and therefore be able to suggest a way forward for yyou.
