I ordered and paid for a program it said it would automatically download, it did not.
hi my name is Pat, I just ordered a renewal of anitvirus program from webroot. it says it will down load automactically. Well that did not happen so i went back in and tried to purchase it again. I still do not have the program on my computer BUT I HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED. What can I do, I have written to their customer service, I have notified my credit company. Do I just wait now?

Sorry to hear about your problems. Did you actually renew your current subscription or purchase a new one? In the former case there is no download required as the time for the new subscription period is added to ones existing one.
In the latter case, were the expectation is that the purchase is a new one, then one would indeed expect to receive the details of (i) a keycode & (ii) and a link from whichto download the applcation.
WHich sounds like what yo did?
