Havind paid 2 years subscription all went well until I changed my ISP and email address which was linked to my old provider.
Webmail has wiped all remnants of my account and I can no longer get back in. It seems impossible to contact a haman. Is there anyway to get out of this.

from where did you buy your 2 year license? Do you still have any paper printout proving that? If you bought it straight from WR then contact them. If you bought it off a 3rd party one perhaps contact them first and if that ain't working contact WR on this. I'm sure they can find your details back in their system and fix your issue soon

You could send a mail to Webroot here with as much details of your subscription as you have left and explain the situation

Hi DougI

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  Your best bet will be to Open a Support Ticket, explaining your circunstances and providing your Key Code, the email address you registered with and the new email address that you would like linked to your account, etc. Hopefully, Support will be able to sort this out for you but if you get no joy through that avenue then please post back here and we will see if we can find an alternative approach to take.

BTW, I assume that as you have posted in the Antivirus forum you are using the AV version of WSA and not the Internet Security Plus or Complete version? If that is not the case and you are using one of the aforementioned other versions then please post ASAP as there is some more information to impart.

Regards, Baldrick
