Where can i get a receipt for my renewal.

May I ask with whom did you renew with? Best Buy or Webroot? 
 
If Webroot please call 1-866-612-4268
 
Best Buy you can call 1-800-Geek-Squad. 
 
Also if you paid by credit card you can check to see if the transaction went through.
