I purchased Webroot last evening throough IYogi after having it expire in July. IYogi repaired the computer, I purchased Webroot and they were to install it. IYogi was not able to install Webroot as it appears on the screen stating it is expired. Please let me know what steps need to be taken to install Webroot and show that it has not expired.

You can try to re-enter the key code. Make sure the device is connected to the internet.

Being that the purchase was made via iYogi, you may have to contact them and have them either replace the key code with a valid one or request a refund.

- Open WSA
- Click the gear tool next to My Account
- Enter the key code in the box
- Click Activate
