I ran the program install and I never got the prompt to enter my my key code

Ok, you seem to be having some issues here so let's start from scratch.
 
Please follow the steps closely!
 
Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
 

• KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Install with the new installer, and the first thing that should happen is that you are prompted to enter you keycode.
• Do so and then let the installer finish it's install scan
• Reboot you computer

Please let us know if that resolves your issue? And if n ot please let us know exactly what you do and what you see on the screen when trying to undertake the install.
