I registered with a valid Key Code but the Webroot security page says zero PCs protected.

Webroot security page says zero PC's protected. If I click on add PC I'm taken to a page to purchase Webroot.  I already have it so I don't know what to do.

    Welcome to the Webroot Community.
     
    Have you installed Webroot on any PC's yet? Registering online is the first step. Installing will be the next step.
     
    Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online for install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here ( or if you have Best Buy Subscription click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode.
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot.
    Please let us know if that resolves your issue?
     
    If you have already installed on a PC, please run a scan. Your PC should appear in the Web Console in a little while.
