I renewed my software but my console still shows expired?
I rernewed my Webroot, but my concole still shows expired. What do I do?

May I ask if your subscription is through Best Buy/The Geek Squad or via Webroot or another 3rd party retailer? And also how long ago you renewed (by that I mean that you have paid for further time on your current keycode and not bought a new subscription/keycode)?
If you can advise we can proceed on the basis of your answers.
