When I renewed my Webroot, it never asked for the new keycode. And it asks me to log in on Chrome and Firefox each time I go online. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but I still get asked to log in and now it will not accept my email. I get the message, 'unknown email address'
And when I compare the info on the program that is installed versus what is showing online, the keycodes are different. The online says the keycode has expired.
Should I uninstall it again?
