I renewed using pay pal when I go to the website it tells me my subscription is expired and to renew

I renewed my subscription using pay pal and when I go to the Weboot website it tells me to renew. What am I doing wrong ?

May I check as to whether your purchase and therefore renewal was through Best Buy/Geek Squad or via Webroot itself?

Did you purchase a new copy, and receive a new key code or did you pay for a renewal?
 
 
If you  paid for a renewal, it should have processed right at the time of that payment.  If you can, please:
 
Open WSA
Click the gear tool next to My Account
 
Then provide the info beside these two spaces ONLY.  Do NOT provide the key code.
