I set the scan to run last night but it has not run, what do I need to do?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
You may want to check your scheduler in the Advanced settings of Webroot.
Open the Webroot interface and click on Advanced settings in the uppr-right.

Then choose Sceduler from the list on the left. Be sure you have the Enable Scheduled Scans box checked. Also be sure that you have entered the time you want it to scan correctly. Be sure to click Save.

If you have done all of this and the scheduled scan still isn't happening (the time could vary by an hour if the Randomize Time box is checked in these settings) then please submit a trouble ticket and support will check this for you. This is a free service with your paid subscription.

Just to add to what ? has posted is the scan will not run while the computer is asleep if this is the senerio.

Sherry is correct. (Thank you, Sherry) If the computer is off or sleeping the scan won't run. However, if you have checked the "Scan at bootup if the computer is off at the scheduled time" in the Scheduler settings then it will do just that and scan at bootup.@ wrote:
