I bought webroot hoping to take care of this problem. It has not helped at all. Complete scans say they find nothing. Yet unwanted browser windows keep opening. The web address on these windows usually starts with "Hapzop". I also get small pop-up windows in the middle of my screen. Some of them, ironically, are advertising for Webroot!
