i upgraded my old laptop. how do i cancel its old account with webroot and continue with webroot,

Oldlatop.New hard drive, new memory, fresh start. How do i transfer webroot to the 'NEW' machine. Yes it s the same machine

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    Please go here to deactivate your PC https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/How-to-Deactivate-a-PC/ta-p/31240
     
    Then reinstall Webroot. Here are the instructions for that if you need them.
     
    Please follow the steps closely to install on PC

     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Install with the new installer, enter your keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot
