I've had Webroot SecureAnywhere antivirus 9.0.3.37 for almost a year, ran 200 scans with detecting anything, there is nothing in quarantine either. I just had the blue screen of death. Is this working?? or is there something I need to do to get it detecting?

Help. Thanks.

Hi JVB, welcome to the community,

I betting that if Webroot is scanning, it is working and you are ok.  The only time mine has caught anything is when I deliberately introduced and known bad player as a test.

Blue Screens don't necessarly mean you have contracted an infection.  They can be caused from many things like apps, memory corruption, hard drives, video card drivers, and the list goes on.

Good luck,
Dave
