So I was in Dota Reborn, which was operating in full-screen mode. I left for a few minutes and come back to find I'm looking at a black screen and can't recover, so I had to close the application. I go to task manager, close the dota.exe task which is now misbehaving. What do I find? My Webroot personalized security report has apparently popped open in the middle of my running a full-screen application. Nothing else is running. This report is not so critical that it should EVER interrupt a full-screen program.
I click contact Tech Support. It asks for my password, I hit continue, and it never goes anywhere. I can't contact support. I reset my password just in case. I still can't contact support.
I click on My Account at the top, and about 1/2 the time it tells me bad URL?
Not a good night.

I've just had my monthly status report interrupt a full-screen application (Dota Reborn)?
+1+1Crazy problems with this website tonight. First it tells me it won't post because I have invalid HTML in the body of my message. I make no changes and hist Post again. It works.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues contacting Support. I am not sure why as I hiave managed to lodge a test ticket with them with no issues.
