Hello,

Webroot SecureAnywhere works differently than traditional antivirus software, and there is not a way to exclude files by extension. There should not be an issue with those files due to the type of files that those are. If you are experiencing issues please Submit a Support Ticket and we can look into it.

Thanks,

-Dan

Hi rcherukuri

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may just add to what Dan has posted.

There is a Feature Request (HERE) for the provision of similar functionality; in this case the the ability to exclude user defined folders and/or files from scans, which is under consideration by the Development Team.

If you would like to please get over to the Feature Exchange and add you commemts to those already posted, plus to show additional support one can kudo the request.

Many thanks, Baldrick
