May I ask where did you purchase Webroot.? Is this a Best Buy boxed version? If so it will b on the box. With a 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX. If you still have the box from Best Buy you can call the **bleep** Squad and tell them the bar code and they may be able to find your keycode for you since it's registered in their system.
If you purchased online it would be emailed to you.
