I went into a site and webroot said I had a Trojan virus.

It said they could get rid of it but recommended that I close down everything.  Instead of pulling out my fit bit, I accidently pulled out my keyboard, but didn't realize until after I had turned of the computer for not responding.  When I got the computer back up I ran a full scan, with no bugs being identified.  Should I assume the virus is gone?

Hello TLP,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

May I ask who "it" was and who was telling you they could fix this? I'm alittle confused. But if you ran a full scan of Webroot and came up clean then I'd say you are good.

I would clear out my history and cookies in my browser or browsers if I was you.

What do you thnk @ ?
