ICON ISSUE
I RECENTLY RENEWED MY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER HAVING LET IT EXPIRE AND NOW I HAVE 2 CONSOLES (THE FIRST HAS EXPIRED)--HOW DO I DELETE THE OLD ONE--THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE WEBROOT ICON SAYS THE SUBSCRIPTION STILL SAYS THAT IT HAS EXPIRED AND SENDS ME TO THE PURCHASE PAGE--I CANNOT GET THE SCANS RUNNING--HELP!

Deleting a console is something which has to be done via Support which can be contacted here Webroot Support
It is free to all current subscription holders and will be an easy thing for them to do for you.
