id loads, password does NOT load on login page
on a couple of sites user id loads automatically but password does load.

Is it possible that you have the "Require Password Reprompt" option ticked/checked for the sites in question? I believe that this would cause the behaviour you are reporting to be exhibited. Worth checking just in case.
