Identity sheild is blocking me from logging in to my charter.net email.should it be on?
Hello, My name is Kelly and I'm a home user/learner of my new HP Notebook w/ windows 8.1. My ISP is charter.net which I've been searching for a place to ask about webroot and identity sheild. Apparrently idenditity sheild is blocking or protecting IE from letting me in to my email on charter.net. I'm wondering if sheild is supposed to be in the (on) position in the webroot menu? Does anyone know what I can do about this?

Have a look at managing Active Connections and Changing Firewall Settings
If you continue to have problems connecting to your E-Mail then please issue a Support Ticket and this is free of charge with an active subscription.
