why webroot set deny in identity shield for loggingplatform64.dll which is one drive file
+3I would think it best to Submit a Support Ticket and have it checked,and posssibly whitelisted, as was similarly advised in this reply in a recent thread.
You can choose to allow it if you are certain that the file is good, but always best to err on the side of caution.
