If I have Webroot Secure anywhere, do I still need Trend anti-virus/spyware?

WSA is DIFFERENT.  It was designed to be compatible with other AV solutions. WSA and other AVs can actually work together just fine.
 
Many of the users here on the Community, however, tend to feel that there is no need to use more than one AV solution in an active state at the same time.  That being said, there are many who DO use WSA along with another solution.
 
So IMO I would uninstall your other Anti Virus and install Webroot and you will be completely protected.
 
Once Webroot is installed ..you can set it and forget about it Uses very little resources and updates automatically from the cloud.

Welcome to the Webroot Community!
 
We have strived to make Webroot compatible with other Antivirus products however most companies have not done the same for us.
 
Fortunately with Webroot there is no need for another security solution and you can uninstall Trend if you wish.
 
You may also see an increase in speed on the PC with only Webroot running as we are an incredibly light program.
