Why isnt my keycode working when it says its good for 3 devices. But then I log on with other devices and it tells me I
have to use the keycode from my account and set up another account. But Ive made them admin so Im not sure whats going on. Althought it is still saying its setting up my passwords and it will take 15 mins. but that was like 45 mins ago.

Would you try re-entering & re-activating your keycode again, as follows:

Also you might need to Submit a Support Ticket to have Support check out why Password Manager isn't loading for you? This is a free service with a Webroot susbscription.
