, im illiterate to its settings, it will not allow my flash player or windows to upgrade
My new security settings will not allow my Flashplayer to upgrade or install, nor will it allow my Windows 10 upgrade to download, please help!

Please look here at this THREAD to update Flash Player. You must download from their website because Webroot will block these 3rd party downloads from malicious sites.
Webroot will not block Windows 10 from upgrading. Also just a note here tat Windows 10 will have Flash Player built into Microsoft Edge browser.
