I have webroot internet security installed..I scanned with windows defender it found following... I found it is serious infection, backdoor.

Removing Webroot, removed the "Rollback" of Webroot. See this Post about Webroot and infections:

Having a payed license to Webroot you still have FREE Support. I would still put in a Support Ticket to see what they find.

Please submit a Support Ticket . Support will probably want to look at your logs and fix the problem if there is one. :D
