The answer is simple...in exactly the same way as you installed in on your desktop...or more specifically:
 

• KEEP the laptop online for the install to make sure it works correctly
• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode when requested
• Let it finish it's install scan
• Reboot once again

And that should be that. But please note that if you have already installed on your Desktop system you will need a multi device license to enable you to install on the laptop using the same subscription/keycode.
