internet

Can anyone help I am having trouble using my internet.  It tells me to call a number because I might have malware.  I do control alt delete, task, and close.  I have used my webroot but it does not find anything.  I have taken it to Geek Squad 2 times.  I was told that there is nothing that they can do.  They told me to do ctrl, alt, delete and task master.  I cannot click on anything because it freezes or I get a loud beeping noise.
