Invalid Keycode???
Hello, I have a web root Internet security hard copy I purchased in 2013. I never did install it or used the Keycode. I tried muiltiple times to install it with the Keycode on the back of the case but it kept saying please type in a valid Keycode. I've read most of these posts about it already and I tried typing it all different ways. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
The fact that you said the keycode was on the back of the case leads me to believe that this is a Besy Buy version of Webroot. Best Buy versions of Webroot are activated at the time of purchase ( I believe it states this on the packaging). This might explain why you're seeing this.
If you don't have a Best Buy subscription then please submit a trouble ticket and let support have a look.
