IP address Hacked?
i was told that my ip address has been hacked. How do I determine that this true?

Well, that is an interesting question and there are a number of ways to do this but most are somewhat technical so my suggestion to you is that you Google "how can I tell if I have been hacked" and you should find some suitable articles that are easy to follow from the resultant search results.
Read through a few of these and then carry out some of the recommended actions to check for this.
