Is i possible to merge consoles?
i made a new console by mistake for my newest store bought subscription and now my software won't recognise and use the new Key code. is it possible to merge my new console with the old one so i can use the new code?

Welcome to the Webroot Community!
I have removed the second console and you will now want to add your keycode to your existing console.
I also wanted to note that the console has no affect on your keycode activation and I was able to activate your keycode in my virtual machine without error.
I would advise trying to activate the new Keycode under My Account, and if you are unable to, contact our support team and they will be able to help you determine why it will not activate on your end.
