Are you having a problem installing Windows updates? Webroot will not interfere with their installation, and in general, I wouldn't recommend disabling Webroot to install any software.

After I boasted my question I shut the system down and powered off. I powered up the system and attempted the downloads again and was successful. I believe it was an internet connection problem.
