I didnt notice at first but I think Webroot is preventing me from accessing an online gamer profile from origin. I need to access this in order to download a patch so that the gameplay of a certain game will improve. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible but what we need to know is how you know or what makes you believe that this is the case? Are you unable to run a specific app or is your access via a web browser the problem.
