Is my protection still inafect
I'm recieving a message that Webroot needs to be renewed in 2 days. I was understanding that I had a life time contract when I purchased the package

Webroot does not sell lifetime subscriptions to WSA, so may I ask as to whom you purchased your subscription from? And was it part of a 'package' that promised tecchnical suport & other services?
If we start there we should be able to get to the bottom of this for you.
