My webroot interface is saying everything is ok, all green and no warnings. But Windows is warning me that Webroot is disabled. I ran System Analyzer and that too says Webroot Antivirus is installed BUT NOT protecting the system. Last week my interface reported my subscription had expired, which isn't true, but today says i have 130 days left.
Running a deep scan reveals no problems, what's going on?.
is my Webroot interface deceiving me?

For notices about Windows saying you are not protected is I am afraid that this is a known issue (we believe caused by recent Windows Updates) and the Webroot Development & Support Teams are working hard to provide a fix for the issue.

Thanks, I've just fixed the windows reporting issue, that's fine now, but still doesn't explain the wrong reporting by Webroot of my remaining subscription days.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just add here...please make sure that you are running the latest version of WSA by right clicking on the WSA notification tray icon, and selecting 'Check for updates' from the list displayed...that will initiate a check in the Cloud and if you are not at the latest level it should update your local installation ASAP there after.
If you do get an update then once that has taken place...it should be quite quick...check your subscription period to see if it is now showing you the correct number of days. If not then please go ahead an open the support ticket suggested by Sherry.
