Can I find a history log of tickets and the resulting support exchanges that I submitted?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Assuming that you have not had to start a new support ticket (support tickets are cumulative by password..so if you continue to use the same password to log a new ticket you are effectively just adding to the previous ones, therefore you should be able to review what you have raised whe you next open a ticket).

If for any reason you as provided wikth a new access password then you will no longer have recourse to viewing the previous tickets & their conversations.

Now whether Webroot Support keep a record of all ticlets I do not know but would assume so...but how you access this I do not know, and you may need to open a support ticket to find out.
