Hi mcarey

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If I may just add to what Dave has posted...if you are running a trial of WSA that is still in term, i.e., has not expired, then it will scan for AND remove malware but if that trial has expired then it will only scan. The same is true if a paid subscription has expired and the 30 day grace period for renewal has also passed...WSA will only scan for but not remove malware.

I am wondering as to whether either of the above apply...but either way please follow Dave's advice to contact the SUpport Team.

Hope that helps further?

Regards, Baldrick
