Is there an easy way to install .DLL without confusing this old lady?
How about some help, already. 2 days with you people and have gotten no where. Very upset.

Sorry to hear you are having these issues. Do you mean us on the Forum? If you want you can Submit a Suppoirt Ticket free of charge with a Webroot subscription and they can look into this for you.

I did actually reply to your previous thread yesterday (please see here for that), asking for more information as what you posted was a tad too cryptic in terms of the issue that you were raising. ;)
We do need something substantive to go on if we are to be able to look to provide assistance. But I see that Sherry has gotten you hooked up (hopefully) with the Support Team so they should be able to sort you out.
