Windows 20133--all components--crashed recently on my computer. A reinstall from Microsoft or DigitalRiver failed. The technician suggested that Webroot has conflicts with Office 2013, though I had turned it off for the dowmload.
Has anyone heard of this crash cause?

Not that I've heard as I use Office 2013 Pro Plus since it came out and on Windows 7 x64, Windows 8.1 x64 and now on Windows 10 Pro x64.
