It w9ill not let me download Google Earth. I have a new computer running windows 8.1 How do I bypass

With a new PC I cannot install Google Earth. Webroot will apparently not let me.

    Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    Please go to the Google Earth Website here https://www.google.com/earth/ and make sure you uncheck any add ons!
     
    I have Google Earth without any issues onb my PC.
