ive been waiting 10 days for the malware team to fix my laptop with no responds how do I get a refun

i was getting a pop up voice message saying that i had a virus and to call  a 1 800 number it was very annoying,it only happen on my internet explorer brower (all my work was on that brower bills etc.) , i think it came from a fake JAVA upload site so be careful. good luck and thanks again webroot for all your  patient
