Since this update, WRSA.exe 32,    my cursor constantly spins like it is trying to load something.    I am using Windows 7, Altec laptop.    Happens in Firefox, IE and Google.    COuld this update be causing this issue?

Hello @,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

I do not think that the update is the cause of this issue but it would still be advised to test.

I would advise uninstalling Webroot, restarting the computer and see if the issue persists, if it does, then we know that it is not Webroot causing the issue and could be related to the Hard Drive. If the issue stops then it is likely that Webroot is causing the issue and in that scenario it would be good to let our support team gather some logs from the computer to see what is occurring.

I changed nothing and 2 days later the annoying spinning cursor stopped. Now I have the annoying SHOCKWAVE vulnerability issue with a Firefox ad-on.
