just bought a renewal from amazon and it won't install.

having trouble installing a newer version of antivirus; original was from bestbuy and I downloaded the new one from Amazon. Any help?

    Have you tried uninstalling your version from BestBuy and then installing from Amazon. Because they would have different keycodes.
     
    Try uninstalling and then get back to us if you need more help or please let us know how you are doing.
