Webroot was installed on my laptop and when I try to watch netflix it plays the sound but no picture? Any help would be appreciated!
Just installed Webroot and now I can't watch Netflix.....what to do?

I honestly do not think that WSA is the root cause and it may just be coincidence...but to test this I suggest that you uninstall WSA and see if the issue still manifests itself. If it does then I would check out this web page over at the Netflix Support Forum as it may well have the answers you are looking for.
