But when I launch it, I get a message 'Protection Disabled (Subscription Expired)'. I am then able to scan my computer (from the cloud?).
I just purchased this product on eBay 48 hours ago, and the software seems to think that I am not licenced. Is there a mistake here?

I am able to scan my computer even though the the application says Subscription Expired, but iis it really scanning, or just saing it is? Thank you

Do not trust sellers on ebay that sell software so it's best to contact the seller and get your money back as this is not this first time a user has come here and said that!
