just renewed , but no key could to fix it. where is it, just got a password

Did you renew from BestBuy or from Webroot online? I believe you would of recieved a new keycode by email?
May I ask as to whether your renewal was a 'real' one; i.e., you added time to your current subscription and no new keycode was involved or if it was a 'pseudo' renewal, i.e., you purchased a new subcription, received and therefore entered a new keycode?
