I have renewed on 9-8-2016. they send me the same key as my trial version.Could this be causing the problem?

Well, if you did not receive and activate a new keycode the you should not be getting a message so in this case I would Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team of the issue so that they can investigate the issue for you.
