Keep asking me to new. Have renewed.

HI,
 
     I have renewed on 9-8-2016. they send me the same key as my trial version.Could this be causing the problem?

Well, if you did not receive and activate a new keycode the you should not be getting a message so in this case I would Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team of the issue so that they can investigate the issue for you.

May I ask if your renewal involved purchasing a new subscription (with which would have come a new keycode) or whether you just added more time to your exisitng subscription (in which case you would not have received a new keycode).
 
If the former, and you have entered/activated the new keycode then the message is most likely coming from the old keycode that has not yet expired and is now running concurrently with the new one just entered. This will also be the case during the 30 day grace period that Webroot offers after actual expiry to allo a user time to get the renewal in.
 
Let us know which of the above fits your renewal and we can advise further if necessary.

  I think I renewed before my trail expired and used the same keycode.Can webroot take care of this on their end or send me a new keycode?

Send out a support ticket.they did not answer however not getting messages to renew . Maybe they sloved the problem?
