I cannot complete a scan and keep getting the message "Scan failed. SecureAnywhere cannot reach the internet to obtain threat information.

First thing to try is a clean reinstall. Here is info, for PC and Mac , and if you have no sucess then Submit a Support Ticket , or get back to us for further advice. Thanks.
