Auto Renew - Keep getting message that my service is about to expire. Went to renew and there was no auto renewal radial button. So I copied my key code in and my statis went back to active. Am I renewed or not? Thanks

If your Webroot SecureAnywhere software is showing an expiration countdown timer after renewing your subscription, please be advised the timer will continue to countdown and will reset on the actual day of your plan's expiration date. You are still protected and no additional action is required.
