I am needing to download my already existing keycode to a new pc however when I request the download help I am getting a message stating that I don't have any license. Please help!

Do you have another PC with Webroot installed? Is this WSA license for one PC? If it's for onlyone PC then please sign in on your Account Console and Deactivate the other PC/ Then you can install Webroot with your keycode on your new computer.

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online the install to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot
